How do I purchase a Gift Card?
We offer digital gift cards for our customers. Digital gift cards can be purchased here, and are available in denominations of $25, $50, $100, $150, $200 or $500. Your selected payment method at checkout will be charged at the time of purchase, and all digital gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.
Digital gift cards will be delivered via email and contain instructions to redeem at checkout. If the card is a gift, you can forward the email to the desired recipient.
Heartloom gift cards have no additional processing fees and never expire. Our gift cards are digital only - no physical gift card will be mailed. Digital gift cards cannot be used to purchase other digital gift cards.
You can use your gift card as a payment method at checkout by applying the gift card code before completing your order. Gift cards can be applied in tandem with eligible promotions or sales. Gift cards cannot be applied to previous orders, and they cannot be retroactively applied to orders once they have been placed.
The product I want is no longer available. What can I do?
We are sorry that the product you want is no longer available. While our collections are envisioned as limited editions to avoid overproduction, we do our best to anticipate your desires and help you find your favorite items on our website. Restocks are very rare and stock can fluctuate, so be sure to pick up any items you like without delay.
If you'd like to receive a notification of a potential re-stock, simply click on the 'Notify Me When Available' button on a product page to receive an email if the item restocks.
How do I receive a Heartloom tote bag?
Simply place an order with a total valuing $100 USD or more. Orders with a total value of $100 or more qualify for a gift with purchase canvas tote bag, while supplies last.
Heartloom tote bags are subject to availability and inclusion is not guaranteed. Tote bags cannot be returned or redeemed for cash value or store credit.
Where do you make your clothing?
We proudly work directly with a small manufacturer located in Guangzhou, China to produce a limited quantity of styles each season. We are not a fast fashion company and we do not mass produce our clothing in large factories. Instead, we produce largely based on demand from our customers and boutiques to ensure as little waste as possible.
Due to the nature of our production, please note that quantities are limited. Our popular styles sell out fast and restocks are extremely rare.
Our factory is heavily regulated for safety and ethical standards, and all employees are all paid a fair and living wage. The factory is certified with WRAP, the Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production, a not-for-profit 501(c)(6) organization of global social compliance experts dedicated to promoting lawful, humane, and ethical manufacturing around the world.

Orders
How long does it take to process an order?
Most orders require 24-72 hours to process, but we work very hard to process your order as soon as possible. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only.
We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
We aim to prioritize all orders with expedited shipping. Orders with Next Day or Two-Day shipping will be shipped either on the same or the following day, depending on when the order was placed.
After processing, it can take up to 7-10 business days to receive your order. Be sure to consider our necessary processing window before placing an order, and/or kindly reach out to us before you place your order if you would like to advise and confirm processing/shipping windows.
Please plan accordingly and be aware that packages may be subject to delays during the busy holiday season.

Do you do special promotions or sales?
From time to time Heartloom.com may offer special discounts that can be applied to your order by using a promotional code that we provide. Discounts are valid on the purchase of items at Heartloom.com from the stated start date to stated end date of the promo. Discount codes do not stack; only one discount code may be used per purchase. Exclusions may apply. Terms of offer are subject to change at any time.
How do I apply a promo code or gift card?
Once at checkout, enter the gift card or discount code in the upper right corner and click "apply".
Why was my order cancelled?
If you receive notification that your order has been cancelled, it is likely that the item you ordered is no longer available due to lack of inventory. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. In this situation, we will be sure to notify you via email and refund the purchase amount to your original payment method.
Will sales tax or duties be applied?
Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes.
Any taxes or duties will be calculated based on the total value of merchandise, as governed by your shipping location's local tax/duties regulations, and will be displayed during checkout.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
We do our best to process and ship orders once received so that they can arrive to you as soon as possible. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please reply to your order confirmation email, or email us within an hour of placing your order at contact@heartloom.com.
While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee modification or cancellations after an order is submitted.
I entered the incorrect shipping address - what do I do?
We strive to process and ship orders quickly so that they can arrive to you as soon as possible. When placing your order, please be sure to select a secure and up-to-date shipping location.
Upon placing your order, please review your order confirmation, including the provided shipping details. If you notice an error, please reply to your order confirmation email, or email us within an hour of placing your order at contact@heartloom.com.
If we've already sent you a tracking number, your best bet is to reach out directly to the carrier and request an address change.
While we will do our best to accommodate and assist, Heartloom cannot accept responsibility for packages that have been lost, misplaced, or stolen due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Shipping
When can I expect to receive my order?
For Standard Ground and Free Standard Ground options, please allow up to 7-10 business days to receive your package.
Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Heartloom is not responsible for any late, lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
Once your package leaves our facility it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Please click here to to file a claim with FedEx.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
We offer options for Next Day and Two-Day Delivery.
We aim to prioritize all orders with expedited shipping. Orders with Next Day or Two-Day shipping will be shipped either on the same or the following day, depending on when the order was placed.
While we do our best to process expedited orders as soon as possible, please be advised that processing may take an additional 24-48 hours. Expedited orders are not eligible for Saturday or Sunday delivery.
Please plan accordingly and be sure to factor in our necessary processing window before placing an order. If you would like assistance with selecting options for shipping, we kindly encourage you to reach out before you place your order by clicking here.
Once your package leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for orders that arrive late due conditions outside of our control.
Please be aware that packages may be subject to additional delays during the peak holiday season.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently offer shipping options to select international countries.
We offer standard and express courier rates via DHL as applicable. Rates are calculated based on your order total and shipping location. Upon checkout, you will be able to review general arrival estimates and select a shipping option of your choice. Be advised that these are simply estimates and shipment by a certain date is not guaranteed. Heartloom is not responsible for packages that arrive past expected arrival dates. Please allow extra time for processing and delivery to international addresses.
International orders may be subject to duties and taxes based on the order subtotal and shipment destination. All international are delivered DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). Duties and taxes will be automatically calculated and collected at checkout, so there will never be any additional cost beyond what is captured at checkout.
When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable fees levied by your destination country at the time of purchase. Please contact your local customs office for additional information regarding duty and tax fees and guidelines prior to purchase.
Do I need to sign for my delivery?
To ensure safe delivery of your order, please note that all US orders with a value of $250 or more will require signature upon delivery.
If you are unable to sign for packages, you can sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager and re-schedule the delivery or opt for FedEx to hold the package for you. Please click here to sign up and view more details.
Alternatively please feel free to utilize FedEx chat function for fast results. To do so, simply navigate to the FedEx website and use the chat function on the bottom right-hand corner. Please type “redirect package” and you will be prompted with additional steps steps to choose a convenient location for pick up.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
We do not ship to PO boxes, as we only ship via FedEx, UPS, and DHL.

How do I track my order?
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email with your order number.
If you have a customer account with us, you can log in here to track the status of all of your orders in your account.
When your orders ships out, you will receive a shipping update with a tracking number.
Do you offer Saturday or Sunday delivery?
We are unable to accommodate weekend delivery.
